Steven Tyler’s National Anthem: Good Or Bad?

What a game! The New York Giants win the NFC Championship over the San Francisco 49ers in overtime but that’s not what people seem to be talking about.

There’s a lot of talk about Steven Tyler butchering the National Anthem. Steven Tyler, the lead singer to Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame Rock Band ‘Areosmith’. Steven Tyler, one of the most unique voices in history.

At first, I thought he did suck but then I thought “Hey, that’s Steven Tyler and he sounds exactly how I thought he would sound singing the National Anthem.”

So in retrospect, I think he rocked the only way he could have as Steven Tyler. He’s not a “singer” he’s a screamer, a scatting maniac and a legend.
