Dr. Conrad Murray Verdict

The jury involved in the Dr. Conrad Murray case have just notified the court. they have reached a verdict in the Dr. Conrad Murray manslaughter trial.

Dr. Murray is currently with his family in Santa Monica. He should be arriving to the courthouse shortly.

The verdict will be announced at 1:00 PM. Stay tuned. TMZ is streaming LIVE inside AND outside the courthouse.

Katherine and Joe Jackson just arrived at the L.A. County courthouse — moments after the jury announced they have reached a verdict in the Conrad Murray trial.

Joe had one word for reporters on his way in — “Justice.”

La Toya Jackson just arrived — tweeting, “I’m shaking uncontrollably!” along with the Hiltons, Rick and Kathy. Randy Jackson is also there.

Dr. Conrad Murray has been found GUILTY!

Murray faces up to 4 years behind bars, but the reality is … he will not go to state prison because of a new law, and will likely serve his time in L.A. County Jail.

Michael Jackson’s Autopsy photo was released today and the doctor who declared Michael Jackson’s death a homicide claims it’s very unlikely that Michael Jackson killed himself with a deadly dose of Propofol, insisting Dr. Conrad Murray is more likely to blame.

Murray had stated that he left for two minutes to go to the bathroom and upon returning, Michael wasn’t breathing. The defense will argue Michael had self-administered a deadly dose of Propofol in that time.

But Rogers states that Murray’s scenario is next to impossible because in that two minute window, Michael Jackson would have had to wake up (under the influence of several powerful sedatives) and skillfully administer the deadly dose, which would then have had to travel to his brain, causing him to stop breathing.

What’s more likely, according to Rogers, is that Murray administered several doses of Propofol in the hours leading to Michael’s death without properly measuring them out. This resulted in an overdose.

Prosecutors showed an image of Michael Jackson’s dead, naked body sprawled on a gurney, taken hours after the singer died.

The date on the tiles beside his body reads August 25th, 2009 — but the autopsy doctor Christopher Rogers claims the date is wrong … it should read June 25th.
