Floyd Mayweather To Plead Guilty For Beating His Baby Mama

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is expected to plead “guilty” to a misdemeanor domestic violence charge more than a year after he allegedly beat the crap out of the mother of his child at her Las Vegas home.

Mayweather is also expected to plead “guilty” to 2 harassment charges — stemming from a standoff with a security guard inside Floyd’s gated community last November during which Floyd allegedly poked the security guard in the face.

Mayweather struck a plea deal in both cases — reducing what were originally felonies to misdemeanor charges in exchange for guilty pleas.

Mayweather faces up to 18 months in jail.

No wonder he’s been dodging Manny Pacquiao, he’d rather fight women instead…

UPDATE:

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was drilled by the judge, who just sentenced him to serve 90 days in jail for beating up his baby mama in front of their kids.

Floyd was sentenced to 6 months in jail, but 3 months of that sentence was suspended. He also gets 3 days credit for time he has already served.

Floyd struck a plea deal with prosecutors in the case in which he pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence in exchange for getting a pass on the felony battery charge.

Floyd pled no contest to two misdemeanor harassment charges after allegedly threatening to beat his kids too during the incident.

The judge also ordered Mayweather to complete 100 hours of community service and a 12-month domestic violence program. He was fined $2,500.

Mayweather must turn himself in on January 6, to begin serving his sentence.

NY Giants Linebacker Michael Boley Investigated For Child Abuse

NY Giants linebacker Michael Boley is currently being investigated for allegedly abusing his 5-year-old son earlier this year.

According to the Gadsden Police Department in Alabama, Boley is accused of the repeated willful abuse of a child under 18 from May 30 to June 5.

A rep for the Gadsden Police Department says the case was investigated and has been handed over to the District Attorney’s Office, which will present the case to a grand jury. Then the grand jury will then decide if there is enough evidence to formally charge Boley.

Boley’s attorney, Randall M. Kessler, says: “These allegations were brought to our attention along with outrageous monetary demands in a contested child support case which she filed over a year ago.”

Kessler also stated, “At final trial about a month ago, she did not seek an order restricting visitation. The only relief she requested from the judge was that child support be more than quintupled to, in her words, ‘increase her lifestyle.'”

Another woman who has a 2-year-old child with Boley, has also filed court papers in Georgia asking a judge to require the NFL star to be supervised when spending time with their child.

The judge has not yet ruled on her request.

Kourtney Kardashian Pregnant Again

Kourtney Kardashian, the eldest Kardashian daughter and women who helped to break up her sister Kim Kardashian’s marriage to NBA bench-warmer Kris Humphries, is expecting her second child with boyfriend Scott Disick

The 32 year old, took a pregnancy test about five weeks ago — and woke up Disick, 28 to tell him the positive results. (Positive only on how you look at it…)

“Now I’m nine weeks along,” Kardashian tells Us. “You’re supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident.”

No word yet on the sex of the baby but this will be the second child for the couple of five years, whose son Mason, nearly 2, was a bit of a surprise. (A surprise for Kourtney but a well thought out plan from Scott if you ask me, cha-ching!)

“It wasn’t like we weren’t trying,” Disick, 28, says. “We kind of just said, ‘If it’s meant to be, it’ll be.'”

So while some Kardashian lives are ending, others are beginning…
